Common use of Stage One Clause in Contracts

Stage One. An aggrieved employee shall first submit any representations in writing to the employee's immediate supervisor or other management representative designated by the Board from time to time, either directly or through the employee’s xxxxxxx. Any such grievance shall be presented within ten (10) working days from the time it arose. The time limits specified in this Article shall be deemed to be exclusive of Saturdays, Sundays and the specified holidays recognized herein and may be extended by mutual consent of the parties.
