Staggered Hours Clause Samples
The Staggered Hours clause defines a work schedule where employees start and finish their shifts at different times rather than all at once. In practice, this means that some staff may begin work earlier or later than others, allowing for a spread of working hours throughout the day. This arrangement can help manage workplace congestion, accommodate operational needs, or comply with social distancing requirements, ultimately providing flexibility and improving efficiency in workforce management.
