Stakeholder and community relations. (a) Without limiting any other obligation of the Participants under this Agreement, the Participants are committed to developing sensitive and responsive stakeholder consultation and communication practices. (b) The Participants must immediately inform the ALT and the Project Owner of any local or broader community issue which relates to the performance of the Works and must promptly follow any direction from the Project Owner in respect of that issue. (c) The Participants must take all steps necessary to meet the Project Owner's obligations and commitments to the local community and stakeholders as they relate to the performance of the Works.

  • Agreement Administration and Communications A. Under this Agreement, either of the representatives of the Judicial Council identified below will monitor the Work and act as the Judicial Council’s liaisons with the Contractor: i.
