Stakeholder Communication. ● Held first Parent University on February 24. Title of the presentation was “How to Covid”. We had 45 participants where parents were able to hear from Director Xxx Xxxxx, ask direct questions of administration, and hear from a student’s perspective. ● Continue to communicate with families via text, emails, videos and website, regarding up-to-date carpool information, schedule changes, staff updates, etc. ● Continued the successful weekly newsletters to share information with our families.
Stakeholder Communication. Provide construction impact resources and detour routes to property owners, residents, business owners, users of the road, and other stakeholders near the construction area. Door-to-door visits, one-on-one meetings, or their preferred method of communication will be used. A communication log will be created and updated to track and document contacts, public participation, outreach, and comments.
