Union CommunicationIn the event of a violation of the no-strike provision, the Union will:
Union CommunicationThe Union shall be allowed the use of one (1) bulletin board space at each program site for the purpose of posting Union notices relating to general Union activity.
Union Communication. 13-1.01 The Company shall provide the Union with a Union-designated bulletin board to post notices in the Crew Room of each base. Posted notices shall not contain anything of a defamatory or personal nature against the Company or its representatives.
Union Communication a) The Employer shall provide free bulletin board facilities at each of its premises for the exclusive use of the Union, with the location in each case to be determined by mutual agreement of the parties. Such bulletin boards shall be used to post Union communications. b) The Union shall have the right to use the Employer’s electronic mail/bulletin board system(s) to communicate with Employees in the bargaining unit. Employees shall have the right to use the Employer’s electronic mail/bulletin board system(s) to communicate with the Union. Both the Union and the Employees shall at all times adhere to the Employer’s policies regarding electronic mail/bulletin board system usage. Failure to do so will cause this provision to come to an end. The Employer shall provide the Union and each Employee in the bargaining unit with a copy of said policies and any updates thereto. There is no guarantee of privacy when using the Employer’s electronic mail and computer systems. c) The Union may place ballot boxes in the workplaces of the Employer for the purposes of conducting Union elections, referenda, polling or collective agreement votes, subject to mutual agreement concerning the timing and location of such votes to avoid disruption of work.
Union Communication. 9.01 The Company agrees to provide bulletin boards for the use of the Union, but no bulletin shall be placed on these boards by the Union without the permission of the management designated supervision. Such permission shall not be unreasonably withheld. 9.02 Notwithstanding other provisions of this Article, notices of Union meetings and elections, social and recreational events, and the names of Union representatives may be posted without the permission of the management designated supervision. All such documents must be authorized and signed by a member of the union executive. 9.03 The Company agrees that employees can use email to communicate with the Union. It is also agreed that the employees can access the Union website in accordance with the Company policy.
Union Communication a. The Union shall provide a locked mailbox for the exclusive use of the Union to be maintained in the cubical or office of the member of the Union. b. Upon reasonable notice, the Employer agrees to provide the Union with meeting space for Union meetings provided such space is available.

The content of the Union’s communications through the Employer’s facilities specified in this Section 4.3 will be provided to the Employer in advance and will be mutually agreed upon.

Union CommunicationThe City shall provide reasonable bulletin board space at precincts, divisions and remote locations for use by the Federation in posting notices of Federation business and activities. The Federation may communicate with its members regarding Federation business and activities via reasonable use of the City’s email system. The Federation shall work with the City to minimize the disruption to the City’s information technology systems that may be caused by such email communications. The parties agree that the purpose of providing the Federation with bulletin board space and access to the email system is to xxxxxx effective communication relating to union business and is not to serve as a soap box to air complaints, offer political commentary or exchange personal messages among co-workers. Therefore, such union communications shall not contain anything that is political, offensive, obscene or that otherwise violates the City’s Employee Policy on Electronic Communication.
Union CommunicationThe Union shall be allowed the use of bulletin board space in the employee lounge or other common area of each Sea Mar Medical Center or other facility for the purpose of posting Union notices relating to general Union activity. Notices shall be given to the Vice President, Corporate Legal Affairs or their designee before posting.
