Parking Fees The University will allow faculty who complete the necessary forms to receive one (1) parking decal at no cost, and have the cost of additional parking decal fees deducted from their payroll check on a pre-tax basis.
Rental Fees The Employer agrees to enter into a tool rental agreement with mechanics wherein the Employer shall pay a fee for the employee’s use of such tools in the service of the Employer. The agreement shall be of legal form and shall contain as minimum provisions the following:
Termination Fees It will take time for your local utility company to cancel your XOOM account. During that time you agree to pay for the Energy you consume that is supplied by XOOM. In addition, you must also pay us any outstanding payment obligations you have incurred under this Contract that remain unpaid, including related wire service, distribution and administration fees, and all applicable Taxes up to the termination date. If you do not pay us the amounts owing by the date indicated, we will charge you the Late Payment Charge.
Monthly Fees ACS will xxxx Customer each month during the term of this Agreement based on number of "Actions" which occurred during the prior month. The definition of "Actions" and fees for each Action will be documented in each Task Order. Customer shall cause ACS to be paid the foregoing fees on a monthly basis within thirty (30) days of ACS' delivery of an invoice for the preceding month's Actions.

Licensing Fees An employee whose job specification requires a professional license or certification as a condition of employment and who uses such license for State business shall be reimbursed for the cost of such license or certification.
Non-Payment of Fees Timely payment of fees owing under this Section 5 is a material condition of performance under this Agreement. In the event that Registrar fails to pay its fees within five (5) days of the date when due, VNDS may: (i) stop accepting new initial or renewal registrations from Registrar; (ii) delete the domain names associated with invoices not paid in full from the Registry database; (iii) give written notice of termination of this Agreement pursuant to Section 6.1(b) below; and (iv) pursue any other remedy under this Agreement.
Service Fees and Additional Charges Any applicable fees will be charged regardless of whether the Service was used during the billing cycle. There may be a charge for additional transactions and other optional services. You agree to pay such charges and authorize the Service to deduct the calculated amount from your designated Billing Account for these amounts and any additional charges that may be incurred by you. Any financial fees associated with your standard deposit accounts will continue to apply. You are responsible for any and all telephone access fees and/or Internet service fees that may be assessed by your telephone and/or Internet service provider.
Employee Parking Fees Authority reserves the right to charge Company or its employees a reasonable and non-discriminatory parking fee based on Authority's cost of providing services and facilities for the employee parking areas provided at the Airport. If Company is invoiced by Authority for parking fees, payment is due to Authority within 15 days from the date of the invoice, or parking privileges may be terminated.
Outstanding Fees Termination shall not relieve Client of the obligation to pay JAGGAER the fees agreed in the Order Form unless (i) Client terminates the Agreement in accordance with Section 5.3 above, in which case Client shall be entitled to a prorated refund of any pre-paid Subscription fees for the remaining number of months left in the Subscription Term following the effective date of termination or (ii) the Agreement is terminated in accordance with Section 6.1 or 7.1.
