Standard Contract Provisions Incorporated By Reference. The Government of the District of Columbia Standard Contract Provisions For Use With District of Columbia Government Supply and Services, dated March 2007, hereafter referred to as the “Standard Contract Provisions” are incorporated into this Human Care Agreement as Attachment 1, and shall govern the relationship of the parties as contained in this Human Care Agreement. By signing this Human Care Agreement, the Provider agrees, and acknowledges its obligation to be bound by the Standard Contract Provisions, and its requirements.
