Dentist a duly licensed Dentist legally entitled to practice dentistry at the time and in the state or jurisdiction in which services are performed.
Dentist. Dentist means a doctor of medical dentistry or dental surgery who is currently licensed to practice by the appropriate authority of the jurisdiction in which the person practices and who renders Services within the lawful scope of such license.
Dentist a person who is a doctor of dental surgery (D.D.S.) or a doctor of medical dentistry (D.M.D.), licensed where required and performing services within the scope of such licensure.
Dentist. Any licensed doctor of dental science (DDS) or doctor of medical dentistry (DMD).
Dentist. The term "Dentist" shall mean each individually licensed professional who is employed or otherwise retained by or associated with PC, each of whom shall meet at all times the qualifications described in Section 4.2 and Section 4.3.
Dentist. A person duly licensed to practice dentistry in the State of Oklahoma; or a person duly licensed to practice dentistry in the state in which the dental services are rendered.
Dentist. A general dental practitioner who is, for the time being, included in the General Dental Council’s register of Dentists. For the purposes of Dental Treatment provided outside the United Kingdom, Dentist shall mean a general dental practitioner who is authorised to provide such Dental Treatment in the country that it is received.
Dentist. A person who is member of a professional dental association recognized by the competent authorities in the province where the person practices.
Dentist. To be eligible to be appointed to a dentist position, a person must—
(A) hold the degree of doctor of dental surgery or dental medicine from a college or university approved by the Secretary, and
(B) be licensed to practice dentistry in a State.
