Common use of Standard Hours Clause in Contracts

Standard Hours. (1) Except as otherwise provided, the standard workweek shall consist of five consecutive days from Monday to Friday, inclusive. (2) Except as otherwise provided, the workday shall be seven hours duration exclusive of meal period, and these hours shall be scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
