Common use of Standard of Care Professional Services Clause in Contracts

Standard of Care Professional Services. Subject to the limitations prescribed and/or identified in the agreed scope of work as related to the degree of care, amount of time and expenses to be incurred, and subject to any other limitations contained in this Agreement and/or any TASK ORDER(S) issued hereunder, CONSULTANT shall perform its Services in accordance with generally accepted standards and practices customarily utilized by competent professional consulting firms in effect at the time CONSULTANT’S Services are rendered.
