Standard of ICC Review. Costs allocated pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to ICC review based on the following standard: Liberty Midstates must be able to demonstrate that such service or cost category is reasonable and prudent and is not duplicative of administrative services already performed at the Liberty Midstates level or provided to Liberty Midstates by another affiliated interest of Liberty Midstates pursuant to a separate Affiliate Services Agreement.
