Standard of Representation. Appointed counsel shall fulfill applicable state and national standards of performance, including those of the Oregon State Bar, American Bar Association, National Juvenile Defender Center and National Legal Aid and Defender Association. Counsel shall also satisfy applicable state and federal constitutional requirements for the provision of adequate and effective assistance of counsel, and meet state and federal statutory requirements for counsel in the applicable proceedings. And counsel shall satisfy the requirements of the Oregon Rules of Professional Conduct.

  • Scope of Representation The scope of representation shall be limited to matters relating to wages, hours of employment and other terms and conditions of employment as defined in Government Code Section 3543.

  • Repetition of Representations Delivery of an Accession Letter constitutes confirmation by the relevant Subsidiary that the Repeating Representations are true and correct in relation to it as at the date of delivery as if made by reference to the facts and circumstances then existing.
