Landlord shall provide the foregoing HVAC units to Tenant without any representation or warranty of any kind. In the event that such HVAC units are not separately metered, Landlord shall install separate meters or submeters at Tenant’s sole cost and expense. Tenant shall pay for the cost of all electricity used or consumed in connection with the operation of such HVAC units in accordance with the terms of Section 6.2 below.
