Standard Work Week Defined. The standard work week shall consist of forty (40) hours per week, Monday through Friday inclusive. Eight (8) hours shall constitute a regular day's work. The hours per day and the days per week shall be consecutive except for the luncheon period and when a recognized holiday hereunder intervenes.
