LPHA shall populate and maintain a workplan template provided by the OHA MRC State Program Office. • This workplan must be referenced during the two annual OHA MRC State Program check-ins to discuss and monitor progress. • As applicable, the workplan must integrate steps that incorporate population and membership driven methodologies for resource allocations that center equitable distribution of material or consumable resources and training resources.
