If the Employer's Plan is a Standardized Plan, the Plan limits the elective crediting of past Predecessor Employer Service to the period which does not exceed 5 years immediately preceding the year in which an amendment crediting such service becomes effective, such credit must be granted to all Employees on a reasonably uniform basis, and the crediting must otherwise comply with Treas.
