STANDARDS OF COMFORT. Contractor shall maintain and operate the Equipment in a manner which will provide the standards of heating, cooling, ventilation, hot water supply, and lighting quality and levels as described in Schedule U (Standards of Comfort). During the term of this Contract, Contractor and Agency will maintain, according to Schedule BB (Contractor’s Maintenance Responsibilities) and Schedule CC (Agency’s Maintenance Responsibilities), and operate the Equipment in a manner that will provide the standards of comfort and levels of operation as described in Schedule U (Standards of Comfort).
