Access to the Work The Design Professional and its representatives shall have access to the Work at all times while it is in progress, and shall comply with all job site safety rules.
Access to Facilities Each of the Company and each of its Subsidiaries will permit any representatives designated by the Purchaser (or any successor of the Purchaser), upon reasonable notice and during normal business hours, at such person's expense and accompanied by a representative of the Company, to:
Interconnection Facilities 4.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall pay for the cost of the Interconnection Facilities itemized in Attachment 2 of this Agreement. The NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall provide a best estimate cost, including overheads, for the purchase and construction of its Interconnection Facilities and provide a detailed itemization of such costs. Costs associated with Interconnection Facilities may be shared with other entities that may benefit from such facilities by agreement of the Interconnection Customer, such other entities, the NYISO, and the Connecting Transmission Owner.
Verizon OSS Facilities Any gateways, interfaces, databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, used by Verizon to provide Verizon OSS Services to Reconex.
TEACHER FACILITIES A. Each school shall have the following facilities:
CONNECTING TRANSMISSION OWNER’S INTERCONNECTION FACILITIES As depicted in Figure 1 in Attachment 3, the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities (“CTOIFs”) will consist of the following constructed or installed between the POI and PCO, as well as the revenue metering and RTU located at the North Country Solar Collector Station.
Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities The Participating TO shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities described in Appendix A at the sole expense of the Interconnection Customer. Unless the Participating TO elects to fund the capital for the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities, they shall be solely funded by the Interconnection Customer.
Access to the Workplace Union staff or Union health and safety or environmental advisors or consultants with prior approval by management shall be provided access to the workplace to attend meetings of the Joint or Union Committees or for inspecting, investigating or monitoring the workplace.
Access to the Property 1. We and our representatives shall only have access to the Property during the Vendor's normal business hours upon reasonable notice to the Vendor, at our sole risk and expense. Such site visits shall be conducted in the presence of a representative of the Vendor, in a manner that minimizes interference with the use of the Property and does not contravene any leases or unreasonably interfere with any Tenants. We and our representatives shall not have any communications with Tenants or their employees without the prior written approval of the Vendor and in the presence of a representative of the Vendor.
