Common use of Starfield Clause in Contracts

Starfield. reserves the right to immediately revoke your Certificate if (i) you fail to perform any of the material obligations under this Agreement, the CPS, or the Baseline Requirements (to the extent those are applicable to you); (ii) violate any terms of this Agreement or the CPS; (iii) You do not immediately notify Starfield if You or the entity that You have signed up on the Subscriber Application changes its name or domain name; (iv) You do not immediately notify Starfield and any affected individuals if You discover or suspect that there has been a breach of your Private Key or the security protecting the Private Key;
