START AND DURATION OF THIS AGREEMENT. 2.1 Subject to Clause 2.2 this Agreement will start on the Commencement Date and will continue to apply until the Termination Date, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement which permit earlier termination.
