Common use of Start-Up Meeting Clause in Contracts

Start-Up Meeting. (a) Not later than 10 Business Days after Financial Close, Project Co and the Design Team shall attend a start-up meeting (the “Start-Up Meeting”) with the CTC to set out the design development process in greater detail.
