Starwood Personnel Visits. All personnel of Starwood and its Affiliates, their representatives and third parties who travel to the Licensed Vacation Ownership Properties, as necessary to perform design review, training, inspections, assistance or other services for the Licensed Vacation Ownership Properties shall be permitted subject to availability to stay at the relevant Licensed Vacation Ownership Property and use its facilities (including food and beverage consumption) without charge and Vistana shall reimburse all Reimbursable Expenses incurred for such visits.
