STATE Approval of Information for Enrollees. ‌ The STATE must approve all information for Enrollees that will be provided to Enrollees prior to use of the materials. The MCO must submit its Enrollee materials in a final format before approval from the STATE can be given. Approvals by the STATE for these materials shall not be unreasonably withheld.
