State Disability Insurance Integration. Employees have the option to use accrued paid sick leave, before utilizing PFL. Upon exhaustion of PFL, an employee shall be reinstated to the position held when the leave commenced or an equivalent position with equivalent employment benefits, pay and other terms and conditions of employment.
