State Imposed Fees. Some Participating Entities may require an additional administrative fee be paid by Contractor directly to the Participating Entity on purchases made by Purchasing Entities within that Participating Entity. For all such requests, the fee rate or amount, payment method, and schedule for such reports and payments will be incorporated into the applicable Participating Addendum. Unless prohibited by law or otherwise negotiated in a Participating Addendum, Contractor may adjust the Participating Addendum pricing by an amount no greater than the Participating Entity fee for purchases made by Purchasing Entities within the jurisdiction of the Participating Entity. No such agreement will affect the NASPO ValuePoint Administrative Fee percentage or the prices paid by Purchasing Entities outside the jurisdiction of the Participating Entity requesting the additional fee.
