State Mandated Background Check. The Board shall reimburse those teachers renewing or converting to a five (5) year license up to seventy dollars ($70.00) for the cost of the required criminal background check. The reimbursement will be made within 30 calendar days of the Board’s receipt of evidence that the employee has paid for his/her background check.
