State Unemployment Tax Accounts. In every state in which a Seller has reported payroll and/or operative state unemployment tax accounts, to the extent requested by Buyer, Seller agrees to cooperate with Buyer to facilitate Buyer obtaining successor state unemployment tax account treatment in all such jurisdictions in a reasonably timely and complete manner.
