State Universal Service Fund Fees. The State Universal Service Fund Fee is designed to recover Xxxx’s contribution to various state universal service fund programs. The State Universal Service Fund Fee is assessed as a percentage of intrastate revenues, gross revenues, or as a flat rate per line as set forth by the various state, county or municipal jurisdiction. Certain state agencies establish a quarterly, semi-annual or annual contribution factor, and Bark may choose to charge its customers to recoup the state universal service fund fees charged to Bark or its Service Provider(s).
