STATEMENT OF BELIEFS. It is the philosophy of the parties to this Agreement that the provision of educational services to the students of Escambia County is an honored and vital profession. The parties agree that mutual respect and confidence are necessary ingredients in any professional relationship. The parties are committed to collaborative efforts designed to enhance the profession. The parties believe that a professional atmosphere of mutual respect, confidence and cooperation will stimulate creative projects and/or solutions to issues or problems.
