Statement of Facts Roster. It shall be the sole responsibility of CHARTER to file, and update as required, the “Statement of Facts Roster of Public Agencies” as required by Government Code 53051. The current Statement of Facts Roster shall be submitted to the District by October 31 each year. It shall also be the sole responsibility of CHARTER to file an amendment to the Statement of Facts within 10 days after a change in any of the required information. In addition to submission to the County Clerk and Secretary of State, an amendment to the Statement of Facts will also be submitted to the District within 10 days after the change.
