Statement of Work Process Overview. A. When a Contracting Agency has a need for services in one or more of the categories described in Section 1, the Agency will prepare and deliver a Form Statement of Work RFP (SOW-RFP) to the pre-qualified vendors on the list found on the OPC website at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/purchasing/forms . B. Vendors will then submit proposals within the date and time established by the Agency. C. Following proposal evaluation, in the best interest of the State, the Agency may enter into a Statement of Work Agreement with the selected vendor. D. The Statement of Work Agreement will be administered by the Agency. E. Projects over $100,000 require Standard Request for Proposals (RFPs). Any State project having an actual or anticipated cost greater than $100,000 may not be executed pursuant to this Master Agreement, and must instead undergo a formal RFP process.
