Statements of Economic Interest. By authorizing its Chair to execute this Agreement on its behalf, COUNTY’s Board of Supervisors hereby determines in writing on behalf of COUNTY that GRANTEE’s obligations under this Agreement are sufficiently limited in scope that GRANTEE is not a “consultant” for purposes of COUNTY’s Conflict of Interest Code and therefore GRANTEE is not required to comply with the disclosure obligations contained therein.
