The Subgrantee also acknowledges responsibility to perform in a satisfactory manner, as determined by the DCAA, the activities and services authorized by this agreement in accordance with the most current version of these documents: • Contract, • Iowa Weatherization Program’s Policies and Procedures Manual, • Iowa Weatherization Work Standards Manual (which reflects SWS requirements), • Iowa Weatherization General Appendix, • Weatherization Program Notices, • DCAA directives, and • Federal, state, and local laws and regulations
