Common use of Statements to Certificateholders Clause in Contracts

Statements to Certificateholders. On each Payment Date, the Certificate Paying Agent shall make available to each Certificateholder the statement or statements provided to the Owner Trustee and the Certificate Paying Agent by the Indenture Trustee pursuant to Section 7.05 of the Indenture with respect to such Payment Date; provided, however, that in the event that any monthly statement is no longer available, at the request of any Certificateholder, the Indenture Trustee will deliver such monthly statement to such Certificateholder.

Statements to Certificateholders. On each Payment Date, the Certificate Paying Agent shall make available to each Certificateholder the statement or statements provided to the Owner Trustee and the Certificate Paying Agent by the Indenture Trustee Servicer pursuant to Section 7.05 4.01 of the Indenture Servicing Agreement with respect to such Payment Date; provided, however, that in the event that any monthly statement is no longer available, at the request of any Certificateholder, the Indenture Trustee will deliver such monthly statement to such Certificateholder.

On each Payment Date, the Certificate Paying Agent shall make available to each Certificateholder in the same manner as made available to Bondholders the statement or statements provided to the Owner Trustee and the Certificate Paying Agent by the Indenture Trustee pursuant to Section 7.05 of the Indenture with respect to such Payment Date; provided, however, that in the event that any monthly statement is no longer available, at the request of any Certificateholder, the Indenture Trustee will deliver such monthly statement to such Certificateholder.
