Common use of Station Facilities Clause in Contracts

Station Facilities. 33.1 The Department will provide and maintain televisions, a minimum of three (3) cable boxes or the equivalent, DVD players, microwaves, and washers and dryers in each fire station. The Department will maintain existing equipment in stations and replace it when needed. The Department will notify the Union in writing if the Department determines that an item is obsolete.
