Station Services. ● United, or United’s catering agent, will provide catering services as directed by United. ● United or its catering agent will provide supplies, food, liquor, other beverage, and other product uplift as necessary and will remove, store and re-board perishable supply and beverage items on Remain Over Night (XXX)/originating flights at airports designated by United as catering airports. ● In respect of all catering items (including the Inflight Product Sales Programs), Contractor will coordinate and communicate with United or United’s catering agent regarding all flight activity, cancellations and irregular operations providing necessary information in a timely manner.
Station Services. 3.1 The Station Services shall comprise:
(a) the provision of any services to persons at Stations or to Train Operators whose trains call at such Stations, provided that such services:
(i) are made available only or principally to passengers alighting from or joining trains calling at such Stations and to such Train Operators;
(ii) are provided in connection with the calling of trains at such Stations and are not designed to encourage passengers or other persons to use such Station Services other than in connection with a journey on a train calling at such Stations;
(iii) exclude the sale or issue (for a charge) of any goods other than passenger timetables and any items included in the price of a Fare; and
(iv) may include the provision of car parking spaces; and
(b) the provision of access to any person under an Access Agreement at any Station.
3.2 The Station Services shall include the provision of any service which the Franchisee may provide, or may be required to provide, under any Access Agreement in effect on the Start Date or as lawfully directed by the XXX from time to time.

2.2 The Station Services shall include the provision of any service which LNER may provide, or may be required to provide, under any Access Agreement in effect on the Service Commencement Date or as lawfully directed by the XXX from time to time.
Station Services. All personnel who perform work in the following positions shall be included in the classification:
(1) Cargo Services Coordinator
(2) Cargo Agent
Station Services. RAI and Frontier will negotiate separate handling or catering agreements at those airports where Frontier elects, in its sole discretion, to select RAI as its handling agent pursuant to separately negotiated agreements.

Station Services. It is contemplated that Midwest or its designated agents will provide all airport passenger and aircraft ground handling at all airports served by Scheduled Flights. RAI and Midwest will negotiate separate handling or catering agreements at those airports where Midwest elects, in its sole discretion, to select RAI as its handling agent pursuant to separately negotiated agreements.
Station Services. Mokulele or its designated agents shall provide all airport passenger and aircraft ground handling at all airports served by Scheduled Flights.
Station Services. Seller shall produce or procure electricity for System Station Services without cost to Purchaser. Seller shall procure water service for the System without cost to Purchaser.
