SUB-CONTRACTING - ASSIGNMENT. Complete sub-contracting is forbidden. The Supplier cannot partially subcontract or assign the Order without the prior written agreement of the Company. Having recourse to sub-contracting does not release the Supplier from any of its obligations to the Company.

SUB-CONTRACTING - ASSIGNMENT. Neither Party may assign this Agreement or its obligations hereunder, nor may contract with third parties to perform any of its obligations hereunder, without the other Party's prior written consent which shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. SUB-CONTRACTING - ASSIGNMENT. 3.3.1 This Contract is personal to the Provider and the Provider shall not except as otherwise provided in this Contract assign or sub contract this Contract or any part of it or any individual Order or any rights or obligations there under without the Authority's previous consent in writing.
