Common use of Statistics Clause in Contracts

Statistics. 1. The aeronautical authorities of one Party may require a designated airline of the other Party to provide statements of statistics related to the traffic carried by that airline on services performed under this Agreement. 2. The aeronautical authorities of each Party may determine the nature of the statistics required to be provided by designated airlines under the above paragraph, and shall apply these requirements on a non-discriminatory basis.

The aeronautical authorities of each Party may determine the nature of the statistics required Agreement to be provided provided, as required by designated airlines under the above paragraphdomestic laws and regulations, and shall apply these requirements on a non-discriminatory basis, and as may reasonably be required. 2. The Parties shall cooperate in the framework of the Joint Committee to facilitate the exchange of statistical information between them for the purpose of monitoring the development of the air services.
