Common use of Statistics Clause in Contracts

Statistics. 1. Each Party shall provide the other Parties with available statistics related to air transport under this Agreement as may reasonably be required, subject to the respective laws and regulations of the Parties and on a non-discriminatory basis. 2. The Parties agree to cooperate to facilitate the exchange of statistical information between them for the purpose of monitoring the development of air transport under this Agreement.
