Common use of Statistics Clause in Contracts

Statistics. 1. Each Contracting Party shall provide the other Contracting Party with statistics that are required by domestic laws and regulations, and, upon request, other available statistical information as may be reasonably required for the purpose of reviewing the operation of air services under this Agreement. 2. The Contracting Parties shall cooperate in the framework of the Joint Committee under Article 22 to facilitate the exchange of statistical information between them for the purpose of monitoring the development of air services under this Agreement.
