An individual who is a resident of a Contracting State immediately before making a visit to the other Contracting State, and who, at the invitation of any university, college, school or other similar educational institution, visits that other State for a period not exceeding two years solely for the purpose of teaching or research or both at such educational institution shall be exempt from tax in that other State on any remuneration for such teaching or research.
Residency The Buyer is a resident of the jurisdiction set forth immediately below the Buyer’s name on the signature pages hereto.
Residence The Purchaser’s principal place of business is the office or offices located at the address of the Purchaser set forth on the signature page hereof.
CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS This Recognition of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of the day of , 200 , by and between (“Landlord”), and (“Tenant”), with reference to the following facts:
Registered Office and Resident Agent The Registered Office and Resident Agent of the Company shall be as designated in the initial Articles of Organization/Certificate of Organization or any amendment thereof. The Registered Office and/or Resident Agent may be changed from time to time. Any such change shall be made in accordance with the Statutes, or, if different from the Statutes, in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. If the Resident Agent shall ever resign, the Company shall promptly appoint a successor agent.
PROFESSORS, TEACHERS AND RESEARCHERS 1. RESTRICTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES 2.1 Customer will not, directly or indirectly: reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code, object code or underlying structure, ideas, know-how or algorithms relevant to the Services or any software, documentation or data related to the Services (“Software”); modify, translate, or create derivative works based on the Services or any Software (except to the extent expressly permitted by Company or authorized within the Services); use the Services or any Software for timesharing or service bureau purposes or otherwise for the benefit of a third; or remove any proprietary notices or labels.
Ownership and Restrictions 4.1 You retain all ownership and intellectual property rights in and to Your Content and Your Applications. Oracle or its licensors retain all ownership and intellectual property rights to the Services, including Oracle Programs and Ancillary Software, and derivative works thereof, and to anything developed or delivered by or on behalf of Oracle under this Agreement.
