Status of Original Agreement. The Parties acknowledge that the Original Agreement shall continue in effect until the Restatement Effective Date hereunder; provided that (i) DCR agrees that it shall not exercise any early termination rights under Section 2.3 or 2.4 of the Original Agreement, (ii) no Step-out Date shall occur under the Original Agreement and (iii) to the extent applicable, all calculations and determinations under the Original Agreement shall be made as if the Initial Term thereunder is the Initial Term as defined in Section 2.1 above.
Status of Original Agreement. The Original Agreement, and as expressly provided in this Eighth Extension, shall remain in full force and effect during the Eighth Extension Period;
Status of Original Agreement. The Original Agreement, and as expressly provided in this Extension, shall remain in full force and effect during the Extension Period.
Status of Original Agreement. The Original Agreement, and as expressly provided in this Fifth Extension, shall remain in full force and effect during the Fifth Extension Period;
Status of Original Agreement. This Agreement is intended to amend, restate, and replace in its entirety the Original Agreement on the Effective Date of this Agreement. The Original Agreement shall be deemed to be terminated as of the Effective Date of this Agreement; provided, however, in addition to such provisions as set forth in the Original Agreement that are to expressly survive the termination of the Original Agreement, the provisions of the Original Agreement, including the Scope of Services and the fees to be charged by P3Works and paid by City pursuant to the Original Agreement shall survive termination of the Original Agreement for purposes of the payment for services rendered by P3Works to City pursuant to the Original Agreement prior to the Effective Date of this Agreement. Travel times will be billed at hourly rates. Increased hourly rates must be approved by City.
Status of Original Agreement. The Original Agreement, and as expressly provided in this Third Extension, shall remain in full force and effect during the Third Extension Period.

Status of Original Agreement. The provisions of the Original Agreement shall continue in full force and effect except as expressly amended by this Deed.
Status of Original Agreement. Each of the parties to this Assignment agree that the Share Exchange Agreement is in full force and effect, unamended and unmodified save as amended by this Assignment, and that the Share Exchange Agreement and this Assignment will henceforth be read together.
Status of Original Agreement. Except as expressly modified by this Amendment, the Original Agreement shall be and remain in full force and effect.
