Status Upgrade. An SA that achieves a new career pay level will maintain her new title and pay level by maintaining the requirements for such higher level. To maintain her Recognition Title, an SA must be paid at her Recognition Title at least three (3) times in every rolling 13 campaign period. Otherwise, her Recognition Title will be that of the level she had before achieving the new recognition title.

Status Upgrade. An SA achieves the Senior Manager or Executive Manager levels upon meeting the re- quirements of Personal Sale, Sale of Organization and the required number of direct active SAs as specified in the Compensation Plan. The SA commissions will be paid according to her new level since the campaign in which she qualified for that advancement. In case an SA achieves the Director level, she must qualify in 100% of the MRM in at least one (1) out of four (4) ) consecutive campaigns to keep that level. The rules tocancel or loss the status are developed in the Compensation Plan.
Status Upgrade i. A Pilot who fails to qualify for promotion to Captain status shall be permitted to fly as a First Officer for ninety (90) calendar days on the equipment on which he failed to qualify as a Captain, provided he is able to qualify as a First Officer on that equipment. If he is not able to qualify as a First Officer on that equipment, he shall return to his previous bid position for ninety (90) calendar days provided he is able to re-qualify in that previous bid position. If he is not able to qualify to return to either his previous bid position or the new equipment, he shall be placed on an unpaid leave of absence for ninety (90) calendar days. At the end of that ninety (90) day period the Pilot will be given another opportunity to qualify for promotion to Captain. If he should fail this subsequent attempt, his case shall be handled as the circumstances indicate to the Company, subject to the provisions of Section 17.E.6., below (Pilot Training Board). When flying under this provision, the Pilot shall be paid for the position he is flying. ii. A Pilot who fails to qualify for promotion may, with the consent of the Company, waive the ninety (90) day assignment specified in the preceding paragraph prior to being given another opportunity to qualify for promotion. Such waiver shall not be construed to excuse a subsequent failure should one occur. In the event this option is exercised, the full training syllabus (less ground school) will be offered. Different instructors may be used in subsequent training.

  • Status quo (a) While the dispute is being dealt with in accordance with the procedure in this clause: (i) the Parties will maintain the status quo existing immediately prior to the subject matter of the dispute arising. Neither Party will engage in any industrial stoppages, bans and or limitations. Work shall continue in accordance with the status quo unless an Employee has a reasonable concern about an imminent risk to their health or safety; however (ii) the Employer may direct an Employee to perform other available work at the same workplace, or at another workplace, on the same terms and conditions of employment, if it is reasonable to do so to protect the health, safety or welfare of Employees. (b) For the avoidance of doubt, “Maintain the status quo” means that the action giving rise to the dispute will be withdrawn, and the situation immediately prior to the action giving rise to the dispute will apply until the dispute is resolved.

  • Status Change Upon the termination of the Optionee’s Employment, this Option shall continue or terminate, as and to the extent provided in the Plan and this Agreement.

  • System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades Connecting Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades described in Appendix A hereto. The responsibility of the Developer for costs related to System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of Attachment S to the ISO OATT.

  • Local Circuit Switching Capability, including Tandem Switching Capability 4.2.1 Local circuit switching capability is defined as: (A) line-side facilities, which include, but are not limited to, the connection between a loop termination at a main distribution frame and a switch line card; (B) trunk-side facilities, which include, but are not limited to, the connection between trunk termination at a trunk-side cross-connect panel and a switch trunk card; (C) switching provided by remote switching modules; and (D) all features, functions, and capabilities of the switch, which include, but are not limited to: (1) the basic switching function of connecting lines to lines, line to trunks, trunks to lines, and trunks to trunks, as well as the same basic capabilities made available to BellSouth’s customers, such as a telephone number, white page listings, and dial tone; and (2) all other features that the switch is capable of providing, including but not limited to customer calling, customer local area signaling service features, and Centrex, as well as any technically feasible customized routing functions provided by the switch. Any features that are not currently available but are technically feasible through the switch can be requested through the BFR/NBR process. 4.2.2 Notwithstanding BellSouth’s general duty to unbundle local circuit switching, BellSouth shall not be required to unbundle local circuit switching for Louisville Telephone when Louisville Telephone serves an end-user with four (4) or more voice-grade (DS-0) equivalents or lines served by BellSouth in one of the following MSAs: Atlanta, GA; Miami, FL; Orlando, FL; Ft. Lauderdale, FL; Charlotte-Gastonia-Rock Hill, NC; Greensboro-Winston Salem-High Point, NC; Nashville, TN; and New Orleans, LA, and BellSouth has provided non- discriminatory cost based access to the Enhanced Extended Link (EEL) throughout Density Zone 1 as determined by NECA Tariff No. 4 as in effect on January 1, 1999. 4.2.3 In the event that Louisville Telephone orders local circuit switching for an end user with four (4) or more DS0 equivalent lines within Density Zone 1 in an MSA listed above, BellSouth shall charge Louisville Telephone the market based rates in Exhibit B for use of the local circuit switching functionality for the affected facilities.

  • Service Requirement Except as otherwise provided in Section 6(e) of the Plan or Section 2 of this Agreement, this Option may be exercised only while you continue to provide Service to the Company or any Affiliate, and only if you have continuously provided such Service since the Grant Date of this Option.

  • No Requirement of Matched Funding Anything to the contrary contained herein notwithstanding, neither Agent, nor any Lender, nor any of their Participants, is required actually to acquire eurodollar deposits to fund or otherwise match fund any Obligation as to which interest accrues at the LIBOR Rate.

  • System Upgrades The Connecting Transmission Owner shall procure, construct, install, and own the System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades described in Attachment 6 of this Agreement. To the extent that design work is necessary in addition to that already accomplished in the Class Year Interconnection Facilities Study for the Interconnection Customer, the Connecting Transmission Owner shall perform or cause to be performed such work. If all the Parties agree, the Interconnection Customer may construct System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades. 5.2.1 As described in Section 32.3.5.3 of the SGIP in Attachment Z of the ISO OATT, the responsibility of the Interconnection Customer for the cost of the System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades described in Attachment 6 of this Agreement shall be determined in accordance with Attachment S of the ISO OATT, as required by Section 32.3.5.3.2

  • Mileage Measurement Where required, the mileage measurement for LIS rate elements is determined in the same manner as the mileage measurement for V&H methodology as outlined in NECA Tariff No. 4.

  • W-9 Requirement Alongside a signed copy of this Agreement, Grantee will provide Florida Housing with a properly completed Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) Form W-9. The purpose of the W-9 form is to document the SS# or FEIN# per the IRS. Note: W-9s submitted for any other entity name other than the Grantee’s will not be accepted.
