Common use of STATUTORY AND CODE REQUIREMENTS Clause in Contracts

STATUTORY AND CODE REQUIREMENTS. All Work performed by the Contractor shall be in full compliance with federal, state and local law, as well as the current Oregon Uniform Building Code and all applicable Specialty Codes, including, but not limited to, plumbing, mechanical and electrical codes. The Contractor’s Work shall also be in full compliance with any local building regulations. If the Contractor performs any Work contrary to such regulations and standards, the Contractor shall assume full responsibility and shall bear all costs attributable to non-compliance, and the Contractor shall take corrective action UCAN requires.
