Common use of Statutory Compliance Clause in Contracts

Statutory Compliance. ‌ The Union and the Employer agree that regulations made pursuant to the Workers Compensation Act, or any other statute of the Province of British Columbia pertaining to the working environment, shall be fully complied with.
