Statutory Funds. None of the assets of the Acquired Entities are subject to any liability to which Purchaser may become obligated in respect of amounts received by the Acquired Entities for the purchase or improvements of the assets or any part thereof under restricted or conditioned grants or donations, including monies received under the Public Health Laws.
