Statutory or Regulatory Requirements. The Master Contract for the Grantee’s selected Contractor must be incorporated and made a part of the ensuing contract between the Grantee and the Contractor, as a condition for grant approval. The Grantee will comply with applicable Federal and State laws, guidelines, rules and regulations in carrying out the terms of this Grant Agreement.
