Statutory Powers and Duties. Nothing herein contained shall limit the statutory powers and statutory duties of the directors of the Employer under the Credit Union Act, Section 61, which provides: "Subject to this Act, the regulations and rules, the Directors shall manage or supervise the management of the Credit Union and may exercise all the powers of the Credit Union."
