Statutory returns. 2.3 The Company has complied with the provisions of the Companies Acts (as defined in the Companies Act 2006) and the Companies Xxx 0000 in that all returns, particulars, resolutions and other documents required to be filed with or delivered to the Registrar of Companies or to any other authority whatsoever by the Company have been correctly and properly prepared and so filed or delivered.
