(B) The Purchaser will, for so long as the Tamebridge Land is vested in an ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Company, procure that the relevant ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Company will allow GEC and its authorised agents to have reasonable access to the deeds and documents of title (including pre-registration deeds) to the Tamebridge Land for inspecting and to produce copies.
